If he's ur friend then why would he do anything to ur car? Maybe I missed something.

This all seems kinda retarded. Obviously this guy is a crook. There are more then enough actual testinomies on here to vouch for that.

Dont sweat your car. Everyone here knows now that is at his place. If he screws it up just think of it as the insurance buying you new.

Obviously you should have never been hanging out with him if you think he will jack your car up.

I do know that if it were my car I would get it. And he would do nothing about it.

As far as the threats go the baddest men I have ever known or witnessed dont talk crap. They dont need to. If there is a problem it is taken care of. And trust me legal problems are not worth it. A few assualt/battery charges and you learn to mellow yourself out.

What really bites *** is that with all the rip off *****s on the board I am afraid to buy anything unless I can meet the person and do a cash and carry exchange.

Just a thought...

If everyone is getting their money back, that means you still have all those parts. Why not have a garage sale right at your place where the cars and parts are loctaed. People could show up, see the stuff in person, hand you cash, and walk away with the part. That would give you some funds with which you could expedite further refunds...

OR do you not have the parts afterall?

Just curious... I think I would come to a sale like that...swap meet style...

Sorry, after hearing all this crap, I would be afraid to buy anything of this guy. Even if I did get the part, I would be afraid it wouldn't even work.
