On my 93 formula the cat convertor has to be taken off due to the fumes and rattle, is there any welders here that wanna make some cash, or know somewhere to go have it done

go to the dealer, and order the cat delete pipe its part of the leaded fuel compliance package.

 

Where is s.c.s.?

 

The shops around where I am from will not remove a cat but if It did'nt have one on it when it came in (read hacksaw or sawall) they might weld a test pipe in for you.There technically not even suppose to do that either but they do.Hope it helps ya out.
