Where to get exhaust welded? flow question

I'm looking for a exhaust shop that can weld flanges on the back of my mufflers and exhaust pipe so that I can unbolt the mufflers and remove them at the track. This is on a C4 vette so the mufflers are right at the back of the car. I already have the flanges, I just need a shop to cut the exhaust and fit/weld them on. I'm hoping to find a shop that can do this for $50.
Anyone know anyplace around South Lyon? I need this done by Friday.

My Hooker Aero Chamber mufflers only flow 441cfm each and if I estimate my engine at 450 hp and multiply by 2.2 cfm per horsepower I need 990cfm flow from the exhaust and the mufflers only give me 882 total, will this make any difference at the track being that I am 108 cfm short of optimum flow. The mufflers would also cut 40 pounds off of my car which would be a plus aside from the flow restriction.

Thanks,
John
