Where do you guys hang out on woodward?

I was cruising down woodward saturday night.. and what a shock.. HUNDREDS of muscle cars (mostly mopars) cruising and hanging out at the various little strip malls! There was one in particular, I wanna say near 12 mile maybe that was just crammed with people... But heres the question, where do all you board guys hang out? I posted a similar thread on Stangnet and not 1 reply... I guess mustang guys are just lame-0s who sit at home on saturday dreaming about one day being able to take an LS1 car... :P Anyways, I plan on cruising down there now instead of 50's McDonalds.. so if any of you guys go down there now, or want to head down there with me .. let me know. I know theres a bunch of you guys right here in my back yard.

When They (royaloakpd) don't close off the parking lot at 13 and woodward...Thats the spot!.
Next Is the Berkly side of woodward south bound just past 12 mile down to 11 mile. Thats a good Spot to hang without Harassment.
The Used Bookstore on the north bound side of Woodward just before 12 mile has been a spot I've set up informal gatherings to meet up at in years past It is in Royal oak but they have left us alone at that spot the last two years.

For better than a month now the 12~11 mile is where most hanging out happens and if the Bar owner in the shopping center at 13 and woodward feels his joint is making money with that lot full of cars we are in a safe haven
there....

..... if his till is down he just calls in ROPD and the lot is roped off for weeks at a time and its shut down.
I can't belive this guys 'tude but he has stated he would do just what I'm say'n..

The 13 mile Lot was shut down two weeks ago, was it open last Saturday?
I was at Milan taking in the Horepower and off the streets for the weekend.
..

The thirteen mile lot was closed last Saturday. I wouldn't be surprised if they do that every weekend until the cruise. I will probably go down there Friday night.

I swear every weekend every Mustang owner in the state of Michigan (except you i guess ) is on gratiot. i mean those guys pretty much RUN gratiot, and of course they know we'll beat em (or most of em at least) but they stay sooooooooo deep its ridiculous !

the stang to f-body ratio has to be at least 5:1!

Last time I went to Gratiot there was nothing down there but bling bling hondas and stuff. We stayed for one lap and went home. It was pretty lame. Ill have to go check it out, its pretty far to drive tho. I like woodward, its alot closer, no construction, better cars then telegraph and Duggans rules when its time for a beer on the roof.

, on the other side of gratiot theres no construction . however there are a few imports, but i swear the mustangs outnumber every other make and model. its everything from gt's, to cobras, to saleens (ive caught a few fakes tho ). you would love it, but due to your recent addition to your mods list youd prolly walk all over them (or most ).

I took a road trip out to woodward, then gratiot tonight. Gratiot definetly had alot of Mustangs. I did however see some REALLY nice Camaros. One in particular, had an SLP tag on the back bumper looked mean as h***! Sounded good too, black with red accents on it.. Had a custom plate but I cant recall what it was. It also had what looked like 315s or 335s in back. All in all, good place to cruise. Ill definetly go back there again, was worth the drive. Although I wish people still cruised Telegraph now that I live 100 yards or so from it

Hmm....woodward. I mostly hit up telegraph since it's close. I'll have to cruise there sometime.

I was out on telegraph yesterday, and a black 03 Cobra was playing with me a bit. He must've heard my newly installed cutout and figured I might be up for something, but I had to turn off. Not like I could've taken him anyways.

Was it an Arab looking guy? There was a guy out there with a black cobra a few weeks ago that was asking me to race when I pulled up at a light next to him. Didnt seem to bright wanting to race on telegraph, in a construction zone against a convertible with 3 people in it. If I run across him again, I might have to show him whos boss :P

No idea. His windows were tinted pretty dark.

I've been noticing more and more of those 03 Cobras on telegraph lately.

I went out tonight to telegraph, and it was pretty dead. It's 12:30 now, maybe I should go back.
