wheel Shipping?

i have to ship some wheels after the new year and i'm curious as to where the best place to do this would be?

i've never shipped anything of this size before so i have no idea who to ask.

anyone have any suggestions? can i ship the rims with the tires mounted?

The best thing to do is cut up some old boxes, wrap them around each individual wheel/tire, and tape it up with packagine tape and throw on a shipping sticker. You will have to send them as 4 seperate packages.

UPS is really picky, so I suggest you go up there or look online about their shipping requirements.

I shipped my 28" et drags mounted on Prostars along with the skinnies via UPS no problems at all. I went to Mailboxes ETC and got (2) boxes that were 30"x30"x16" and put one slick and one skinny in each box. They weighed about 70lbs for each box. I then called UPS and arranged for them to pick up the boxes from my house. It cost just over $21 per box.
