Post West-siders: next get-together

How does Saturday, October 19th sound? We could take a drive up the coast of Lake Michigan (call it a "color tour" since it's fall) and end up at Holland State Park. I hear it's a really nice park and we could have a cookout there.

Comments? Who is "in"?

Hmmmm, sounds like a familiar idea. I'm in if it's on the 19th.

Unhappy

I will be in New York on the weekend of the 19th, but the 26th would work better for me.

Saturdays = Michigan Football.

Could we do a Sunday instead? If not, no biggie. I'll just have to program my phone to update me every 5 minutes!

EDIT: The 19th is against Purdue, so yeah. Just dont make it the 26th. Homecoming vs. Iowa. What about the 12th? Thats only Penn State. Who cares about Penn State?

Who have you beaten so far? Eastern Mich and Rice? Whats next? St. Elizabeth's school for the Blind? How about the Jenison High School JV Football team?

The 12th is Homecoming at both Ferris and Western, maybe even CMU. We are screwed by homecomings basically. Sundays usually don't work too well either for the church going folks.

We also had an idea to take over Craig's Cruisers in GR later in the year (November time frame?). Then we could unleash the fury on their soap track! Anything down by K'zoo we could do?

I like the Craigs Cruisers idea. Go to Woodys for a few drinks first and operate some go-carts under the influence! :headbang:

Let's talk about who attended a Big Ten school

Anyways, I like the Craigs Cruisers idea. Since it is closer to Kzoo. About the only thing in Kzoo is Hooters.

With summer basicly over, and the Red Rag laying on the garage floor panting like a whooped dog, I am totally open on days. I dont think I am gonna make bowling green, unless I ride shotgun with my bro, and M7 I am bringing the van. So whatever is good for me. Could care less about Michigan...I mean college football But sundays are made for Pro football, not church. IMO But I am game, I'll have the van, so load her up, I can haul all the stuff, and bring a grille.

We've got the Formula K Family Fun Park in Mattawan. I think it's basically the same thing as Craig's Cruisers: go-karts and video games.

I'll try to think today if there's anything else in Kazoo we could do...

If you guys aren't happy with the Hooters in Kazoo, I could wear something tight. (OTOH then they'd wanna hire me and I don't wanna be a waitress!)

If you guys want to go to a real Hooters, then we need to take a trip to see Andy (Doc212121) up in Bay City. That is the best Hooters in Michigan, being right on the Saginaw River.

OK, how about this: give me your Saturday dates when you are not available. And no, Chris, "I have to watch football" is not a valid excuse. I'm talking about things like "I have to be out of town" or "I'm having surgery" or "My lawyer says I can't move my court date". We'd obviously like to get as many people as possible together...
