Well boys Im out...I landed my dream job in Miami!!

Hey Guys

After about 3 weeks of negotiating, and them flying me and my G/F down for a 4 day visit I have officially taken the position as the Motorsport and High Performance Director at The Collection in Miami(www.thecollection.com). Ill be head of design and builds on all exotics(Ferrari,Aston Martin,Porsche,Maserati,Lotus,Audi,Jaguar) Ill be building our cars for SEMA, PRI, and other national shows and of course our customers. They are considered one of the premier dealerships in North America, during my visit all I could say was WOW. The facility, the cars, the shop, just insane, I havent seen another like it. So we are moving out friday, I got a condo on Miami Beach, sick view on the water, Vette and CTS-V are getting shipped down and Im gonna start loving life again!! I had to share since this is one of the sites I got started on, and now my hobby has turned into a sick career! If anyone is in the market for the F430 with a turbo let me know! I see a DB9 in my future soon!
Andy

Wow, congrats dude! That sounds AMAZING!

I too work in the automotive field (like so many others here), as an engineer. I'd LOVE to move someplace warmer and sunnier, but it seems like all the engineering is here. Take me with you?

Good luck & take care... You'll certainly enjoy the better weather & job market of the South.

Remember that CamaroZ28.com works down there as well as here.

How about an invitation in a year or two? I'm sure Harold would drive us all down if we paid for gas, right

Congrats on the sweet job, lucky! You should have a lot of fun down there. I will be down there next month visiting some friends, and of course the hot women and cars! Florida is top on my list if I decide to relocate.

Sure, let rent a car & go right now.... Second thought, probably would be cheaper to fly. That would be great right now, with negative temps last night. I spent last winter down south, & sure didn't miss this weather.
