Warmer weather!

Over on the Left coast of the state its pretty warm these days. Kinda makes my lungs hurt breathing all this warm fresh air. Still need to START tearing my car down but I need a place to do it. Sucks don't it?

Hows everyone else doing on their projects?

So far I have AFR 195's on order and slated to be delivered next month, Walbro 340 w/hotwire kit, MAC SFC's, 5" tach to replace my blown stock stuff, and I need to get a new cam and lifters too... After that I was thinking carpet and ANOTHER attempt at fixing my headliner. The Red car should be rolling out in about 2 months if I am lucky.

don't need carpet and headliner to get that thing on the road And the SFC's can be done anytime. I don't think a 5" tach is big enough. do themake an 8 inch? And don't forget the neon tail pipes

We'll have to run each other Brad. Mine should be fully ready by that time as well. She's running now but needs tuning, breaking in and the radiator put in.

I have my stereo finished up, and besides one dead tweeter I have to send back, it sounds great.
hey, glad to hear it!
what did you go with for damping? dynomat, brownbread? how many layers?

what's the whole system consist of this time? you should come to some of our db drag's at olsen's!

my project has been on hold for lack of funds....but i came across another engine i may use, but it will need alot of fabrication and money.....but, it definitly would be unique and worth every hour and penny..

Awesome weather even into the rainy night. Did some driving/controlled hydroplaning.... Victor Racers and rain is a No No... Top was even down for a few miles.

To skip the month wait, you coulda did some Dart Pro's and called it a day, aye?

I agree with Mike. 8" tach or go back home to the sand box with the other kiddies.
