Video of my 9.90 run @ Thunder:

Thanks to Derty for putting it up on his site. He said I could post up the link, as long as it was followed up by the one where I broke the rear, so here ya go.

http://www.derty.org/events/thunders...arold_9-90.wmv

Looks like the car wanted to go sideways to the right when it launched. I know I had to correct it all day.. I wonder how much the car will gain once it is launching straight? Maybe a tenth or two?

Once it starts launching straighter, I'll bump up the nitrous

Here is where it busted:

I've got a very nice pic of that launch also, Scott took it & a few other nice ones. I'll post those up soon. Enjoy.

For some reason the direct link is not working. Try http://www.derty.org/events/thunders...dershootout03/

Then click on the one that says Harold.

I never did think that rearend sounded right...
It problly didn't help having enough power and traction to pull a foot of air on the launch either...

LOL Joe. I guess you'll never catch me now.

I was waiting until after the holidays to dig into it. It is a 33 spline Eaton posi.

I think I'll try the spool in it & a few other things prescribed by the Hawk. It'lll be right by Spring.

I think you read it wrong. No one recomended I use a posi & not a spool. It has a posi in it now. (apparently broken). It's getting a spool. It was my decision to put a posi in the car from the start, partly because I wanted to maintain some streetability. That's all out the window now, with the power level the car is presently at.

So, unfortunately, no one is taking me for a ride (gas is expensive, I could use a ride every now & then )
