I am going to US131 Martin dragway this Wednesday night (weather permitting) if the bodyshop finishes the repairs on my car Wednesday (fixing the damage from getting rearended at Woodward). I have to try out the Nitto drag radials that came on the WS6 wheels I bought from the swap meet at the T/A nats. Anyone else interested in going????

Also gotta fine someone who can look at my .ls1 file and see if they can help with the trans tables before then. Not worth going if I am going to be bouncing off the rev limiter on the 2-3 shift all night again.

 

Schweet!! Hopefully some of the rest of you guys out there will show up. I am trying to drag a couple of my buddies down there. One of them is CR97WS6. He and his wife had twin girls this past winter, so it has been hard to get him out, but I am working on it!

I always used to tell him that . He has to ask to have his ***** from the sock drawer. I just called him to bug him about going, and he was on the way home from grocery shopping with the fam, and they were in the family truckster. He said he was going to call me tomorrow and let me know. I can tell already the answer is going to be no.

I am not sure where Southgate is, but this particular drag strip is on the west side of the state. It is right next to U.S. 131 about half way between Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids. It is right off the Martin exit. Just go West, and head South on the first road next to the highway, there is a gas station on the corner. The entrance to the track is about 1-2 miles down that road. Hope this helps, and if you are from the west side of the state, I hope that you can make it down.
