Trans work?

Have a built up Turbo 400 w/ trans brake and all that good stuff, want it gone through to make sure things are looking good. Pulled the pan for a new gasket (was leaking a little) and found the filter flopping around barely even secured. The residual trans fluid is really dirty and we have found small flakes in it, possibly metal. I bought this trans 2nd hand but it's supposed to be the billy badass buildup. Anyways, don't know **** about trannies and want someone to make sure everything's ok, clean it up a bit, and put a good filter in it. Anyone around here who deals with high-performance transmissions who can do this? What kinda price should I expect to pay? Also possibly looking for some converter work too, so if they could do that as well that would be great. Getting this done in a timely fashion is also a very large plus right now too.

RC Trans and Gear in Royal Oak. I had mine gone through last year and had all the soft internals replaced. I think it was $5xx.
