I have a stock 93 y pipe with a offroad pipe welded in on one side and the other still uses stock bolts (not welded to the cat back) I would like to trade it for a stock 93/4 y pipe with good working cat convertor.

I have a Borla y-pipe off my '94 Firebird that I used for about 2 years. It has a high flow cat converter from MorFlow on it. I'd sell it to you for $75 but I'm not interested in a trade unless you have something else to offer.
