I really hope thats the case. To be honest maybe its a way for you to buy his product in the mean time. He has my house # and cell # and email adress.. Why couldnt he contact me in either way? Sounds too fishy for me. Either way im very greatfull to you for implying about the tranny. All i can say is i hope it comes through and we can forget about this mess. If you happen to get into contact with him again, could u possibly get a tracking # or at least the shipping companies name?

sorry for the late update guys. He emailed me twice so far. One asking for an apology for my posts about him being some con artist. I specifically told him what i've written. A week ago and Yesterday i sent him an email asking for a tracking # and so far nothing. He kept on specifying that it takes longer than he anticipated and that he works 70 hours a week upstate.. Now if i were to make a deal with someone which in this case is me and collect $960.00 which isnt pocket change, id make some time to make sure everything is sent. So far nothing. Still wont pick up his phone and im getting aggrivated that im back in step 1. If i dont get an email or response within a week im gonna go and make a visit. My boss if fine giving me off from work since he's been with me through this from the beginning.

 

So how long has it been since he's had your money? About three weeks? And he still hasn't shipped it?

Tell you what. If he's so busy, I'll stop by and pick it up. Get the shipping money, and ship it myself? Sound fair? Offer that to him as a solution.

 

I can proboby do the same, and ship it from work. Probobly around $90 or so. Or if Mike could be so kind as to store it for you for a week, I can bring it home for you in a few weeks in my truck...

i'll be coming home in roughly 6 weeks or so....
