I've finally tracked down and did a trace on this guys cell #. I think i've been more than fair since i havent recieved the tranny nor any phone call. His full name is:

If it is who I think it is I would have not thought he would do something like this. Don't get me wrong I don't know him that well but have met him a few times at different events and shops. He always seemed like a nice guy. If I see him around as I never been to his house I will ask about it. I hope it is not him and either way you get your money back.

If this is the same guy I am thinking about I looked at a 91 Z28 he was selling a few months back. He owns a black Firehawk. He lives off of 16 mile about a block east of Crocker. Seems like he's got money but I could be wrong.

I just spoke with Jayson, he sounds legit! I casually brought up the T-56 thing, and he said he stuck the trans in the mail on Wednesday, and it is late but will still arrive. I am going to check out his Vette on Monday. As a personal judgement, I would have to say this guy is not Kirkwood, and will come through on this deal. I sure hope so, as occurances like this tend to make one lose faith in humanity! lol. He does own a black Firehawk and also a 10 sec. stanger.
