Roman best of the day was 12.83@109.72 1.92 60ft. on my freshly fried clutch (Taner behind the wheel). My rear end held up but the clutch wouldn't hold. Thanks for letting me use your skinnies and Et streets. I will let Kevin and Jim tell you how they did.

See ya Roman.

Rob.

My best of the day on the new setup was 11.68 @118 with a 1.64 60'. That transbrake works real nice Roman. With some suspension adjustments we're hoping for a little bit more out of the combo. Hopefully when I get some sort of cooling device on this thing it'll really shine.

Definately happy with today's results, and it was a great time to boot. Excellent day for racing. I must also thank Taner for his awesome work as crew chief. You were on top of your game today man. Nice meeting you today Rob and Steve. Good luck with that clutch Rob. *cough*Street Twin*cough*

Roman,
had hoped you'd make it.
Myself I set some n/a bests today in the 60.
Have some ignition issues to deal with MPH
was low/inconsistant .
Good news : Street twin is KILLER
Bad news : NEW rear wasn't up to the challenge

Had a great time ,good company, and everyone set
new best in at least 1 category.

Must be something in that canadian water they spray in
the box..... everyone rippin off monster burnouts today

Kevin

i too had a bunch of fun yesterday! low for the day was definitely Kevin'S rear axle issues!!! a close second was Rob's disintegrated clutch and then Chris having issues with his carburetor.

Rob, you had an even better run in the car on your last run but 4th gear got the best of you! lol! you'll get it next time out!

Glad to hear you boys were setting new PB's yesterday!

What's the big event next weekend? I know that Mosport is holding 1/8th mile racing again next Sunday (the 14th), and while it's not true timed racing, I heard it was a lot of fun the last time on July 27th. Check out www.pacer.ca for a link about the event.

cap'n pete,

it is the windsor weekend event at grand bend, there will be about 300 racers from windsor/essex county you must be from the area to race in the event. i will be running in the quick 16 shootout, i will be up aginst some pretty stiff competition, including one previous outlaw car. quite a few VERY quick cars! there was going to be an outlaw class but not enuff cars signed up for that class which means they'll be in the quick sixteen group, there goes my even remote chance of competing. i just hope the weight restrictions are being enforced, that is my only hope and prayer! ha ha!

Jim,

forgot to mention it was my pleasure to help you in addition to everyone else out. there is still more to be had in your car, try out those 27" tires and i think you'll be pleasantly surprised! my guess with the smaller tire and a bit better 60' is 11.4x's
