Re: spring track event

Does anyone want to lend me their car to race or a fast truck so that I can pull my car across the finish line? I'll have to sit this season out, the first summer in 8 years without a car to race.
Hey Chris, let me know when your going to race, I want to be there when you spray a 250 shot and blow your rear end.
I'm sure that Jon's firebird will make some nice passes this spring, I wonder when he is going to spray?

Re: spring track event

john V, Im not goin to install the nitrous till I get the trans and rear end. no point. I was tossing around the idea of just putting in some 75 or 100 jets though for now. I already have the nitrous kit, but like john W, I still need some accessories for it. I'll let ya take my car down the track some time too, dont worry.

Dan, there is no event yet, this thread is to get whoever sets something up moving hopefully for a spring event, or track rental.

Re: spring track event

I'm like you, Chris. I've had a NX kit now for over a year but haven't installed it because of clutch and rear axle worries. Well that's nearly taken care of, so perhaps the NX kit will be getting some use this year. I wonder if I can safely spray off one second's worth of E/T to net a 10-second time slip?
