Spohn or Spoon

Iv'e heard it pronounced so many different ways......
Just got off the horn with Steve Spohn (very nice guy)
since I had him on the phone I inquired the correct pronunciation
"Spone" as in bone is correct.
That is all

Yay, now I know.

How about Zaino? I've heard some people say it "zay-no" and some people say it "zeye-no". Which is correct?

I DONT CARE HOW YOU PRONOUNCE IT, STILL SHOULDNT TAKE 2 PLUS WEEKS FOR A SIMPLE TORQUE ARM SETUP TO BE SHIPPED TO MY DOOR. WHAT THE HELL, HE MUST BE SMELTING THE STEEL HIMSELF. DAMN THING BETTER MAKE ME DO BACKFLIPS WHEN I SEE IT, CUZ NO WAY WILL I EVER WAIT AGAIN THIS LONG FOR THEIR PARTS IF IT ISNT SIMPLY AWESOME

Shut the heck up will ya! It's not a simple torque arm setup, when you see it you'll know why. The damn welds are a work of art and the torque arm mount can sustain the force of a deer rolling under your car at speeds up to 70 MPH. If he had to make one up for your LT1 I could understand that as most of them that he makes up are for the LS1 style, depending on what you got. By the time he welds it and sends it out for probably the slickest powder coating I've seen, then I can imagine why it would take a little time.

The only suspension pieces I have on my car are all Spohn. They wouldn't be on there if I wasn't happy with them.

lol Kev, apparently we were all wrong.

I talked with Steve myself when I ordered my TQ arm mount for when I got my 4" exhaust. They don't keep them in stock (or at least not for the LT1's). They are built to order. Then everything goes out on Tuesday for powdercoating, and don't come back till the following Tuesday. Trust me, it's well worth the wait.

I believe Eric pornounced it.."Sof-in"? right eric?

And yeah I waited a Month for a "normal" TQ arm. No special order and it had 1 DS loop. 1 month... It is a work of arm and the coating is flawless. I was in a rush to get it 2 months ago and now it's still sitting in the garage. No more rush i guess
