I was gonna post this in the lounge but I figured there would be someone who lived in the town I was going to and it wouldn't have the same effect. We Michigan folks understand the pleasure of finding good weather. Heading to Gulf Shores Alabama right on the Gulf of Mexico for a week. Nothing major, just heading down with some friends to visit a buddy of mine that lives there. Great thing is, Panama City beach is about 2 hours away(definately getting a visit). Also I have a friend that lives in New Orleans, about 2hrs in the other direction. Her brother owns a bar on Burbon street and she works there. So basically we get drinks for free all night long til 7am or whenever they close. Should be fun. According to the weather mid to high 70's are gonna be the norm the whole time, very little chance of any rain also. I'm looking very forward to walking through sand instead of walking through snow, even if most of it is melted. Wish me luck.
