Post Sat night at Stanton, Congrats Joe, 12.8 with 3 mods!!

I'll start it out for ya Joe. His first run, 99 TA 27,000 miles. New clutch (Z06), lid, ported MAF, and true duals from stock cats back, and with my ET's & skinies, & some weight reduction. 12.8. He'll have to give the 60's. As you know, these times were with crappy humid weather. So realistically, 12.4 to 12.5 is what he would have saw on a colder day. He's hooked now

I got to the 4th round in the street tire shootout, & redlighted, dam. I found out that my 92 stepside is more consistent than my Camaro.. It was good practice on the light.

So how did it go at Grand Bend. Someone give us the rundown..

Yeah... You beat me to it.

You didnt think it was that fast. But I called it before I even ran. I said 12.8 and yep it was.

12.8 @ 108mph --> 1.86 60ft.

That was the best run. The rest were 12.9-13.0's.

Now I need some gears, ftra, pulley, and suspension mods. Should be in the 11's then. Stock internals M6

Nice times Joe! Sounds like my clutch job is working ok for you. And I'm ready for you to bring the car out for gears. No need to go elsewhere. Just kidding dreamer1q! Let me know.

It's gonna be alot harder than you think to get into the 11's. But, I would first suggest Hal shocks, remove front bumper support, lightweight battery. You might get there with just those & a nice cold day. Set up the suspension.. I didn't think you would run that good with it being so humid. But they did spray the track alot yesterday, perhaps to offset the crappy times they knew everyone would get because of the weather.

I'm glad you got some good times. Couldn't wipe the smile from your face... Yes, Andy, you did a great job on the clutch installation.
