running slow at the track?
running show at the track?
this spring I ran my first sub 13 passes(12.90's) three to be exact. After which my clutch broke a spring and had to be replaced, since the trans had to be pulled I figured why not check that out and see if that needs work, it did, I had the syncro's and the 3-4 shift fork replaced. Next time at the track,(Ubly) I'll be it a lot hotter day, and better 60' I could only get a 13.2 and last friday at Milan I could only get 13.4's with slower 60' (2.03-7). Is something wrong with the car or what?
any help would be great

I have found that for a car in the 300 RWHP neighborhood for every degree of temperature change you get 1RWHP change. And that's if all the other weather items are the same ie baro and humidity. So if you run 105mph at 50° you'll run 102mph at 80°.
I've logged 450 runs in the last 4 years and this is very consistant.
Then you have to consider barometer and humidity which also effect RWHP.
Hope this helps,

I agree it's the weather. My car only ran a best of 14.0 @ 103 last year (consistent 14.0's & 14.1's) but this year turned 13.4's @ 106
. It was really hot and humid both times at the track last year, but when I went 2 months ago, it was a nice cool evening, with very little humidity in the air
