First of all you must obtain a permit to purchase a handgun. You have to be 21 years old to buy a new handgun or 18 to buy a used one. After you have passed a background check and are given the purchase permit, you have 10 days to go out and find yourself a gun. You then take the gun to the police station for inspection. You are now the proud owner of a handgun (god help us
)
To carry the gun you have to be 21 years old, have no felony convictions, no record of domestic violence, and you have to pass a background check. If you do a search in Yahoo or something under Michigan Concealed Weapons laws you will find the rest of the answers.

would you rather the driveby be out of a corvette or a sport bike?
whatever the case, not your over price sportbike
alright I no the law pretty well but whats up with tha 21=new gun 18= used gun law. I mean really what purpose does it serve to have different ages for a handgun? As far as the law goes with the concelled handgun, I plan on getting one, as soon as some classes open up, but I noticed, they do make it kinda hard for some folks, I can't remember any offhand but there are some crazy ones in there, if I wasn't so lazy I would look them up
