My ex and i are splitting up and i need a roommate to help out with bills. $600 a month gets you

High speed cable internet
Laundry
half of my 2 car garage
personal bathroom
Dish network
use of my tools !!!!!!!
Free Utilites.....
No pets, NO INDOOR SMOKERS, no oil leaking cars
3 month term by term
house was built in 2000, its a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1800 sq. clean..
