Would it be for just one peice, or a mass produced item? And does it involved tooling or manufacturing? Email me with what type of product you are looking to produce. autodesign21@aol.com
Thanks
Andy

some machining...for the most part. it would be used to dry cars so it would have to be out of plastic rather then metal and a little electrical work would be needed. however for a prototype it wouldn't really matter to me how it was made so long as it was close to the original idea. as far as the product the initial piece would be more or less just a one off where as mass production would be an idea down the road.

First step is to talk to a lawyer and get a patent on your idea/prototype.
When I get done with lawschool I am going to try and get a few patents and make some of my crazy ideas reality.

Just make sure you get a good patent attorney, patent your ideas, then form a small corporation and get investors to finance the actual building of the product, you may have to split your profits but you could essentially have a small investment and make a large return off of your ideas. A good patent attorney might even just be able to find a company to buy your patent and you could sit back and collect royalties. Good Luck.
