OK-
Heres the deal. they want 19000 for the WHOLE lot. the lot is rough grass and rocky. it is right on the corner of 13 1/2 and woodward. the impala club and i are going to ask for a lower price, 10,000 for the whole lot. I cant see spending 100 a spot for a dirt lot. They will provide porta pottys, fencing and a secure lot. if the bumps are too much i will grab a dozer and smooth it out, and they will have it polymer sprayed. its like calcium cloride but non corrosive.
As a back up, ron duke has 11 and woodward again.

THE FINAL DECISION IS UP TO YOU ALL. I NEED TO LET HIM KNOW TUESDAY

Unhappy

Brian thanks for trying. I am thinking that most people are not going to pay the $100.00 for parking. Unless something happens in the next couple of days or the price goes down I will email you my address so you can refund my $100.00.
Thanks again

Chris ja,

with the lower price it works out to around 60 a spot.

So that $60 for the unpaved park at 13 1/2 and Woodward right? Is that right on the street, or is it in back behind someone else?

Count me in for most likely a few spots at the old lot. Not in the dirt **** though.

Thumbs up

I'd rather be in a semi-dirt lot at 13.5 mile than sitting at the old lot trying to see all the cars that are on the other side of Woodward.

Same here but if there is no other choice I'll take the old lot.

13.5 & woodward gets my vote...better location and its in the "HOTZONE".
It will be within "walking distance" to most of GM's displays.
Brian, dozing the LOt???
Won't that wipe up what ground cover thats there?

Holy cow Batman you can reach commissioner Brian at turbobuickv6@hotmail.com.hehehe Just had to do that.
Anyone who is looking for a spot should email Brian or go to the MotownMuscle board. They have a thread there on how to pay.
Batman I also sent you a email about paint work. I am the guy who did the wheels for Steve.
