Quentin, I went in for an interview this morning. I talked to Amy first and then I was taken to another room where another guy interviewed me. Very strange if you ask me. After we talked for another half hour,he said, "Thank you for your time. I am gonna give this (my application) back to Amy and I'll have her get in touch with you."

That statement confuses me.

I dunno... We'll see I guess. We talked a lot about how I knew you and my buddy that works in the Truck division. They even said somthing about working on the dyno testing transmissions. Not exactly what I expected from todays meeting.

 

Very weird, you probably talked to John Weller. He runs that store. They like to pick your brain and see if you would fit better somewhere else. Take full advantage of your abilities. Dont be discouraged. That is just how they work. If you dont hear from them in 5 days, call amy back and put a bug in her ear. I guarantee if you call back and bug them, they wont forget you and you will get hired.
