need some help with RR adjustment

hey guys,

i have been picking up some knock retard sparattically....and i open my vlave covers and noticed that some of the rockers were the push rods were loose. so i loosened the lockers and turned them a lil but i think i turned them too much cause i'm picking up more false knock now....i dont wanna touch anything else....plus the aluminum rockers heat up like a ****.... hard to handle.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME A HAND..... i wanna make sure things are tight with my motor. FREE KFC and pop for who ever comes down.

Did you go through a regular valve adjustment procedure, or just tighten the loose rockers?
