I want a McLeod street twin, but it's way out of my price range. I though about a RPS clutch as well but can't get any solid info on them. Several people have suggested SPEC Star clutches to me, but I want to make sure it's worth the $520 bones their asking for thier Stage 3 setup. So who has it and is it any good? Any other suggestions, not going over $600???

Duke,
Rod442 has one in his twin turbo Formula. It took 2 years of abuse before wearing out (1.53 60' on Et streets). He liked it enough that we put a new SPEC stage 3 in it this spring.

I know the McLeod Steet twin is alot of money but in my opinion it is well worth it. If you can get the money I would do it once and get the McLeod Street twin. I have seen a few Spec clutches fall apart. I have heard nothing but good things about RPS clutches.

I had the RPS Turbo clutch in my car and really liked it. I just replaced it with a street twin because it started slipping and I found a great deal on the ST.
