Need 2 tires

don't have to be any special crazy hig performance stuff, just stock replacement for those on my 99 or whatever you have with decent tread. 16" Can't afford to pay much right now, but let me know what you have and how much you need and I'll go from there to see what I can dig up

I posted this in the Robvas thread on accident...

Timberwolf, when do you need the 16's? I'm going to get new tires next month when I take my Z out (drag radials). I have some Michelin pilot XGT's that I would give you cheap ($50 for both). They have tread and were pretty expensive when new. I paid around 800 for all 4. They are from 97 or 98 but I don't drive it much. I might have the receipt some where. I can take some pictures if you like. At the time they were the best Michelin tire that was still M/S rated. I did that in case I ever had to drive the car in the winter if my beater at the time died.

I would use them, but with my mods they don't cut it any more. I was using them when the car was totally stock and I could only spin them if I stomped it from a dead stop. They should be good for another 10K or so I would say.

I just got new rims for my car and are going to keep my old rims but sell the tires off them. They are practically brand new 245/50/16 GOODYEAR GSC's....I know you only need two, but I would want to sell all (4).....$300.00

Yeah, that doesn't sound bad. Are they H, V, or Z rated? I am going to keep looking as I could use something pretty soon in ase we get any more weather, but if I gotten anything by the time your ready, I'll probably take them

No Problem....I guessed that by your first post, but figured I would offer them anyways. Maybe $300.00 is too much for them....They have less than 1000 miles on them so figured the price was realistic.....

I will keep my ears open......Here are a couple listings from EBAY, not sure if you do the Ebay thing or not....

Timberwolf, I dont remember to be honest. They are probably V rated. I will check the next time I'm at my dads. I keep it in his garage during the winter.

When I find out, and if you are interested then I would be able to purchase my new tires and swap them the weekend of April 5th.
