My TA Wont Start!! HELP

My TA Wont Start!! HELP

It started up fine at first..i drove it for maybe 20 mins..got to the gas station..put some gas in..and went to start the car..and it wouldent turn..no cranking..no signs of battery dead or anything like that. Waited a couple mins..started right up..Drove it home..put it in the garage...went out to start it today..and it wont start again. When i turn the key nothing happens..the security light blinks..please help!!

Do you have the factory keyless entry/alarm????? If so find the box under the dash and unpulg it then see if the car will start. Steven

There should be a box(alarm module) about 3"X5"X1" with a connector going to it unplug the connector then see if it starts. Mine did the same thing. Steven

I know a lot of times when the starter is going, it will work when cold, but not when warm.

Similar thing happened to me, I tapped the starter with a pipe (lightly enough not to break it, but a decent tap) and it has worked fine ever since. Just a thought.....

My buddy had that problem in his 94 T/A
you have to wait like 3 min till the securitylight turns off to try and start it again .
I guess its a problem with the Ignition switch and the little chip on the key.
