Exclamation Motown Motorsports and Dynotuning, are they still around??

I was just wondering what happened to Motown Motorsports and Dynotuning near 13mile and Groesbeck. I went to call them and it said the number has been disconnected. I tried their webpage and its off-line. I wanted to get a follow up on their DynoJet from last year, check new mods. Anyonw know what happened, whats the story, are they gonna be back or what???
-Thanks in advance.

What are you doin on this board asking eastside questions?
Anyway, Motown closed down a few months ago, I think he went back home to Texas. As far as I know, he's gone for good.

Try Detroit Speedworks or ARE. Both are great shops.

Eric, I figured there may be some more people on this board than MotownMuscle that might know Chris and his shop. And it said on his webpage that it was "closed temporarily" so just wondering what happened. I know he was thinking about heading back to TX. I guess the Mi cold sent another one packing. Makes me wonder what the heck we're all doing here!
Besides I be reppin the E!

Chris, thanks I've been to both shops, dyned my SS at Speedworks, I just wanted to dyno at the same place I did when stock to show gains from mods. Detroit Speedworks and APE have Mustang Dyno's so the numbers won't even be close to what Motown Motorsports' DynoJet showed.
Sucks cuz had I known Motown Motorsports was gone I woulda dynoed at APE for the last dynoday MotownMuscle had there!

-Thanks for the info guys!

If you really wanna get some #s from a Dynojet, go see the guys at Walsh Motorsports in Wixom.

Just remember, Dynojet #s are only good for bench-racing.

Yea Tom my car is a real bench racers dream, heck I needed the DynoJet #'s just to look semi-respectable, to the LS1.com numbers.
Thankfully it runs a bit better than the numbers suggest!

I had a coupon for a free DynoJet run and at the time Motown Motorsports was the closest so I went there. Now I just wanted to stick to the same dyno to chart the progress.
