Re: motorama

Hey Chris, can you grab 4 tickets for me? I am thinking about detailing my car and trailering it up there but I don't know if I'll have the time.

Re: motorama

john, no prob. on the tickets. got them in my car. but you gotta get your brother to move my trailer so I can pick it up or I wont be able to put MY car in the show. lol. lets go, get on it. you forgot to call me back last night.

cory, I'll try and find out. but its very easy. 96 west till novi road. south on novi road the first traffic light, turn right and that road takes you right into the expo right behind big boy. plus, when your getting off at the novi road exit, there is a TALL sign on top of the expo that will say MOTORAMA. kinda like those gas station signs you see when exiting the freeway?

Re: motorama

well, last year was pretty bad for some reason. there's more cars there then last year. however dont expect it to be like the autorama. but there are a whole selection of really nice cars up there. I got free tickets if you want, so for $5 parking, you cant go wrong.

you guys can call my cell if you want tickets

it's put on by a local car club, not a huge organization like the ASCA. it's 100 times better then the same clubs summer show series and a decent alternative while we wait for autorama but in all truth your comparing apples to oranges.

Re: motorama

guess i shouldn't have said anything... i haven't been in 2 years and i now know why. chris, cory and his fathers t/a along with that prestine ford escort were some of the highlights of the show. alot more bikes this year then the years i remember.

the v8 focus cars were pretty nice and there were a few autorama cars from last year but beyond that there wasn't much.

chris, thanks alot for the tickets. i came back to your car twice and you still weren't there. appreciate it greatly though.

cory.... late night last night? where were you?

i figured there would have at least been a decent showing from some of the local shops. livernois put more time into their 95.5 car show display then motorama and scott what happened to club concepts? if it wasn't for the decals on the eclipse i wouldn't have even known you guys were there.

all in all my hopes were set very low and it wasn't low enough but it still killed time before the bowl.

Re: motorama

After seeing the cars there it makes me feel real good about my car. All in all the show was alright, I don't drive my car in the winter so it was nice to see some cars in the winter but it makes me wish it was Spring.
Thanks for the tickets Chris.
