If I can get my new engine broken in by then I will be there. These events are awesome, when I had a camaro I would almost always go and there never was a long line and I use to get about 12 runs in easy.

everyone else will tell you how to launch, ect.,
but this is something no one tells you
** after passing the last lights(the time signs works), HIT THE BRAKES , I would recommend pumping them, don't worry about turning at the first turn out, feel free to go to the last one**
hitting the sand is a bad thing and no one will let you forget

Bring a helmet.
Watch a few people stage and run before running yourself.
Ask questions if you're not sure about something. Most people at the track are pretty cool about helping out fellow racers.
Have fun

If for some reason the weather does not cooperate I will post here if we cancel the event.

Good advice. I must admit that the first time I was at the track, the braking took me by surprise. There was a lot less room than I thought there would be.

Also, I'd suggest making your first pass at ~80%. You'll be able to get in a good amount of runs on thursday, so you can afford to relax a little on the first pass and not try to push the accelerator through the floor!
I'll be out there trying to 60 foot under 2 seconds

Do you want responses so you know the exact number of people going becasue it will cost you money or do you just want a general number. Because I am pretty sure I'll be out there but I'm not positive.

I thought that you would take a count of the people that were going and Milan would charge you a certain amount for each person who said they were going. I can almost guarantee that I will be there.
