Cool Michiganspeed and Motown Muscle Pinks Info

As requested by Jack, here is the info on the race.

2:30 pm on Friday the 10th, Kansas City International Speedway

Most of us are staying at the Red Roof Independence just up the road from the track. If you can make it, come out and cheer on Michigan.

I heard a rumor that CZ is representing too

We'd love to hear more as the time gets closer. I'd check the Michigan Speed board but something happened to it. I hope it returns soon!

I thought it was Saturday

That sucks that its 800 miles away. I'll be heading to MD with a Road Runner tomorrow and an 08 Z06 from the thumb to NY this weekend.
Hopefully, results will be posted on the Motown Muscle board. I heard one of the cars is an LS1 Mustang. Does anyone want to say which club has what? Dont need any details, just the motor and type of car.

Larry knows! Give it up Larry. Dont need to know cubic inches or compression ratio, just the basics. Are they both LS1s? Its a fine line between putting money into something that will win, but remembering that if you lose the race, you lose your ride. So you dont want to put too much into it. Is the losing car still gonna be auctioned off for charity?

I love that photo. Larry is pretty close to 100%, that should be the race.

And dont worry, Michiganspeed is having some server issues and we are moving boxes. We will have things better then new soon. Not exactly our idea on timing...

Those twin turbos look photoshopped in order to phyche the competition. AFAIK, it's a gnarly 351 SBF with carb and spray. The Michigan Speed car is an LS1 powered Mustang with spray. Since they are both light weight Fox bodies it ought to be a good race.
