If you are talking about borrowing a HPP to program your car, the programmer can only be used on one car at a time. I.e., if someone was using the programmer, they'd have to de program their car and reprogram your car.

If you can get one on the "cheap" they are not bad for changing shift points on A-4 and and fans for 160 Deg. stat, but tha's about it.

I sold mine and used PCMFORLESS to program my PCM.

If you get one on the cheap, make sure that it has been reprogrammed, otherwise it won't work. JMHO
