I didn't actually see the new rules or a link, i have just read it more than three times in various places. Possibly it's not true?

Hinkleys car is pretty durable but it needs the whole 150 kick It'll be a lot quicker than Tom SaladsIches car till he learns how to shift/drive/spray.

Denny, I'm trying to make things simpler for Tom next year so he'll only have to worry about two out of three... He won't need no steenkin' spray next year.

Hmmm, Is Tom turning to the Darkside of FI???? The always on philosphy, the way could be, for the young Jedi. The Dark Influence I sense. the Master Greg, he has on the young Jedi.

Ahhhh... Denny, you are wise and speak the truth! That is why you are my favorite son!! You shall receive many car parts for Christmas!!

Tom can barely walk and breath at the same time and you want to add in shifting a race(??) car to the mix?
Do him a favor and install a powerglide. That way he only has to shift once!!
