LS1 edit question

Had my car programmed with ls1 edit, from one of our local performance shops. My queston is; They removed the codes for the secondary O2 sensor since I had an offroad y installed and decided not to get O2 simms, but the codes appear when I use autotap eventhouth the SES light never comes on. Is this correct, or should the codes never even show on atap?

If done correctly, the code should never appear on ATAP either. LS1edit give you the ability to simply shut off the MIL indication for that code (although it would still be stored) _OR_ completely disable the test that generates the code (which would prevent it from ever seeing the failure). It's usually not a big deal as long as you know that nothing's really wrong when you see that code with ATAP, but we usually completely disable the test for "off road applications" here.
