I'm looking to buy a shortblock in CA. Looking for a cheap shipping company that offers C.OD. Lowest I found was 564.00 threw fed ex. - Anyone ever get a shortblock threw a company that cost cheaper??

I dont know about the COD part but Forward Air will probebly do it for closer to 100 bucks. it has to be on a pallet and you take it to their terminals near major airports. no home delivery but much cheaper.

Thanks everyone, I decided not to buy the shortblock in CA. I really dont want to take a chance on buying a damaged motor. The guy recently told me he was running 12-18 psi of boost with no intercooler or meth - I'm no expert here but I do know running that much psi of boost does require some kind of cooling source like meth or a intercooler- Mike
