Lemon Law

My Girlfriend Bought a brand new 03 cavilier last april

about end of July it started acting funny when she would step on the brakes the head lights would dim and it would almost die..

Well to make a long story short she has had it back to the the same dealer 6 times, and they still cant figure it out..

Does anyone know the address of the head GM office in Michigan? We cant find it anywhere..

How do you think GM will go about fixing this problem?

She's 18 and pays every penny for this car and its already failing her..

I Heard Gm might put her in a better car and still have the same payments? how are they with their customers?

or you can just call the 1-800 gm service number. its in the owners manual I think. they are usually great w/stuff like that. esp. if its something that will make the car undriveable. does it act. feel like its goin to stall, or is it just the voltage that goes low? havent heard of anything like that in those cars. good luck though.
