I was just informed that Kevin "Redbird" Hinkley that he recently passed away.

"This past Thurs 8/12...following a heart attack/3 stents placed on 7/31..lots of complications including finding he had had a stroke after doing an MRI because he wasnt responding. following that he coded & girls had to make decision for DNR/comfort measures only. I was there for support. sad situation but we all knew he would not get any better & would not want to live like that."

Kevin was a friend to all of us "old timers" from here, going back to the first Milan Mania days in 1996. Always friendly, always willing to help someone go faster.

I miss him and I miss the old days that he represents in my memories.
