Post Just picked it up today......want it?????

I just got back from Indiana where I picked up a bunch of parts for my various vehicles and needs. But along the way, I fell into a deal on a 93 LT1 with 88k on it. This has fuel rails, intake, TB, all the sensors, everything but the AC pump and Alternator. It even has the flywheel and balancer on it. It is a little dirty, but it is a really nice motor overall. Is anyone interested in this? I will go to the for sale forum, but I would be willing to meet someone from michigan or northern Indiana to deliver it. Good project motor. If you want to see it, you can swing by grand rapids, I have it at my house. 1000.00 bucks and I will drop it off.

tiiming is everything.I am in Arizona and I am broke.I wish I had some cash,Cuase I would take it in a heartbeat. It would be a great motor to put in my Mustang. The shock value would also be killer.

I'll be back at Christmas time.I am going to school at UTI. Like I said I am broke. If I had the money I'd just have you hang on to it till I came home at X-mas.I have seen a Gen I small block Chevy in A 87 Mustang. It was a hack job and the car was pretty beat down. The shock value kicked Azz though.Ever since then I have wanted to do it but go one step farther with a LT-1 or even a LS-1.But do the swap right and tuck all the wires and stuff away to make it look right.Hopefully someday.

Cool

Quentin,
I think you are in the ballpark.A year or so ago when I was up at St.Ignace car show,Some cat up there had one for sale complete with the A/C compressor and the Alternator, wiring harness and computer for $2200.On Sunday he dropped the price down to $1500 so he would'nt have to haul it home.I was suppose to have about 30k on it.With the mileage I don't think the price is far off. This is just my opinion though.I don't think you will have a hard time offing it.Actually I have seen some out here in Phoenix selling for $1200 but they did'nt list the miles.Does yours have the harness and computer?? If you have trouble offing it keep me posted.Christmas is'nt far away..........

Hey Quent...

I'm back from the land of daily thunderstorms, humidity, stifling heat and mouse worship...
Still want the block?
