How did you know I got an L98???
Actually the L98 I got a couple of years ago turned out to be junk, after the guy ASSURED me that the engine was in great working condition.
I ended up getting a whole new block and building that one up. Unfortunately I spent way too much money and now the bills are piling up, hence my decision to sell the car.

Too bad about the car, Steve. There's not too many of us early third-genners left. Personally, I am still working on my own EFI'ed powertrain, and have been working on it since August, 2000. It's not done yet, but what I have so far is paid for. I've been spending about $200 a month on it for four years so far, and I'm getting close to having something ready by fall. I'm hoping to put the car into the paint shop at the end of 2005 and have it look spanking new for summer '06. Talk about a long term project, eh? By then I will have spent the original invoice's worth of cash.
