sounds like fun, i'm interested to see how the new suspension will hold out at the strip. should have it back from indiana in a week or two at the latest. anytime after the 14th of june and i'm game.

grand fanaly in last years M8 event on DVD

i am currently waiting for a new motor but last season in my 86 iroc i went 9.92 at 144 mph. and this season i hope to see low 9's possibly a high 8???

hey man, where in Roseville do you live? My buddy Tom lives at 14 & Kelly...I always see a bunch of thirdgens running around when i go there, I may have even seen your car before

You'll only see Scotts car on a trailer or race track. Too serious to be street driven

How did you know I got an L98???

Actually the L98 I got a couple of years ago turned out to be junk, after the guy ASSURED me that the engine was in great working condition.

I ended up getting a whole new block and building that one up. Unfortunately I spent way too much money and now the bills are piling up, hence my decision to sell the car.

I simply try to pay attention and have a long memory

Too bad about the car, Steve. There's not too many of us early third-genners left. Personally, I am still working on my own EFI'ed powertrain, and have been working on it since August, 2000. It's not done yet, but what I have so far is paid for. I've been spending about $200 a month on it for four years so far, and I'm getting close to having something ready by fall. I'm hoping to put the car into the paint shop at the end of 2005 and have it look spanking new for summer '06. Talk about a long term project, eh? By then I will have spent the original invoice's worth of cash.
