Jeff is fine, he works across the office from me at ramchargers. Hes a little crazy tho.. there was this incident with french bread that we wont get into right now.

He'll prolly see this thread. i cant tell him about it cause im home hacking up a lung today.

I've been around [lerking] not much to post on lately.
I'm doing good as I hope you are too!.
I've been on a "SERIOUS" weightloss programe with my doctor since the end of October and its going quite well!
I started actualy began around the end of JULY this year with the mind set of making a change to drop the pounds...heck getting to 357 opened my eyes.
I've had back and knee operations and both were acting up alot!.
Soooooo, by Oct on my own I droped to 334!
cutting out pop and snacks. Then the doc put me on "ADIPEX_P" in Oct and also a 1000 caliorie [sp?] diet.
...34 days later another 23 pouds gone!!!
I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!@
and I was down to 313 at last weigh in and DAM IT ALL MY CLOTHES are getting Too Big on me
The holidays are painfull Dam I luv all the goodies

Goal is to get down to 240 at a 4 to 7 pound loss a month from here on out....
Then just maybe I'll get another 10th off the ET, I'll be greedy and shoot for it all in the 60 foot of course

Good deal Jeff glad to hear everything is ok. Keep up the good work with the weight loss. Sound like you have it under control. i just got a little worried when I didn't see you post for so long.
I got all the testing done so I start the treatment next month. It will take a year if I live thru it. If it works I won't have to get the transplant for several years. I know it's alot to go thru in the next year but if it works it will keep me alive for several years until they can find a donor.
Again buddy just got alittle worried when I didn't see you post. Have a great holiday season and I hope you get lots of new toys for the Hawk.

I wish I could do it, but my 3 favorite things in life are Sex, Cars, and Food! Maybe not in that order... but u get the idea. I know I'd lose weight if i didn't drink 6 Mt. Dews a day and eat fast food. They must put crack in that **** so you keep coming back.

 

Hi Jeff. Congrats on the weight loss. Mark has been on a big time weight loss program too. He's doing the Atkins diet and has lost a bunch of weight. Me on the other hand... ughhh
