I'm now your Coke man.

Starting today, I'm employed at Coke, as a driver. I didn't mind the $$ hauling cars, but didn't like being gone all the time. Now I'll have more time to enjoy family & race the car.

So, drink Coke!!

Sounds good, get in the Teamsters and your all set. My brother switches between warehouse work and driving semi-trucks for coca-cola. I actually worked for them last summer, not a bad company to work for. Congrats on the new job.

Congrats. My uncle used to work for them in Cadillac before they shut down most of that plant. Used to be a deliverer to stores and schools and stuff. Then after that he started making several drives a night from Caddy to Grand Rapids picking stuff up from their plant down there. Then just quit and started OTR, makes much better money and enjoys that kinda work more for some reason. I think you'll enjoy it. They're a good company. If you do deliveries and you bring stuff to Ferris State maybe I'll meet ya. I deal with the coke guys on a regular basis up here. Our coke salesman is Gordy if you ever meet him(doubt you will lol).

Van Buren, that plant is awesome, there is a guy that works there named Robbie Bagget, he drives a pimped out school bus. He actually painted it yellow again, beware of him!!!! My brother works there also. Have fun!

The goal is to get in the Teamsters, since I just gave up a Teamsters job to get this one.

No, I didn't work for Leaseway, I worked out of Detroit for a different co.

If you are full time @ Coke, the beifits far outweigh the last job I had. I'll give it the Summer to see how it works, and if it's not what I thought it would be, I'll be back to hauling cars.

The said that more Coke was sold out of Grand Rapids than anyplace else in the state. Alot of buzzed up people there!!
