I think my subject got cut off, but I just want to get a good strong but resonable priced driveshaft. Not one of them $800 carbonfiber ones. Aluminum, chromemoly? What are the big dogs around here running.

I would look at one of Denny's nitrous steel shafts that he guarantees for life against twisting or breaking. Harold just had a post not too long ago about this.

Not stock, but I tore my aluminum one to shreads! I ended up going with a Spohn Extreme Duty driveshaft. Denny's would also be high on my list when I break this one!

Pictures of the broken one are off my webpage.

That's right little puppy, last time I checked you were still had the training wheels on the car and you were still wearing a skirt! I should talk, but my car can't handle the power the way it eats parts! That will soon be resolved.

Do you guys have any more info on the chrome moly shafts from Dynotech? I have one of their Metal Matrix Composite shafts and didn't see anything about the chrome moly ones on their website.

Thanks guys. I will look into the Denny's shaft. I like the sound of lifetime gaurantee. I don't plan on alot of horespower but I plan on having enough to break the stock steel shaft. Besides I think I have to get a custom lenght one anways with my th400/12 bolt setup.

Daddyo, what kinda car are you running the 400T & 12 bolt in?

I just got the final price on the driveshaft from Dennys, $369 to my door. Not what I was originally quoted, but I'm still getting, because of the lifetime guarantee.
