How much is this car worth?

I am looking at a 94 Z28 automatic without t-tops, it has 140k miles but runs good, it needs two new tires, the lip of the hood is bent slightly, the front fender corner and front bumper cover is cracked (a truck backed into the front corner), one rear quarter panel has a small dent (1" by 5") and the rear bumper cover has a small crack. Other than that I couldn't find anything major wrong with the car. What do you think it is worth? Any suggestions?
could I fix the cracked plastic pieces with expoxy from the inside and out and then sand it down or would it be easier to buy new panels?

I agree....in the neighborhood of $3000-$3500. Remember its the end of the year and everything is depreciating a little and that car sounds a little rough..

Yes, you can epoxy the front bumper if it is split. I did it on my 96 V6 firebird back in 99 when I bought it. Here are some before and after pics

If you scroll down to the bottom, you'll see that the front bumper was torn. Then look at the after picture, looks like new again. Never had a problem with it "re-breaking" or with the paint cracking. We had to buy a new fender for it obviously, but that is the same front bumper.
