Re: Gratiot (Woody's)

hey hawk thats a sweet car u got. i was looking at it with my g/f at the show u were next to the GTO. i will say this i love Firehawks. mainly cause of the hood cant stand the WS6 hood no offense guys. i just like having a set of 2 nostrils instead of 4. looks sleaker and it has the heat extracters that are in a bad a$$ spot. all in all i just love what they did to make the firehawks.
Hey How often is that white camaro up there with the carbed motor?

Thanks for the compliments Hemigtx001. I'm very happy that I decided back in 02' to turn in my 00' WS6 an ordered my hawk. Amazing how many looks and questions I get with the car. I've been offered twice by two different people if I was interested in selling it. Oct. 3rd car show in Shelby you say? Where at? Possibly could make it.

Is that the car show at the old Packard Proving Grounds? I can't exactly quite picture 21 mile having a car show, it's all "down town" stuff, unless it's a cruise?

Re: Gratiot (Woody's)

Good turn out this evening even with the weather being a little more chilly. Took some time and checked out you'r truck hemigtx001. You keep that thing pretty darn clean I must say... Didn't see you around till you were leaving, was going to ask ya about it. Next week it looks like it's going to be clear again.

Note: Due to the time change coming soon and it getting darker out sooner. The show will start a 3pm on Sunday and end around 7-7:30pm.

Later,
Jeff

Re: Gratiot (Woody's)

thanks Hawk. i do have to claybar/at least buff it, before winter starts. so maybe next weekend it will look even better. maybe i can pay my cuz about 10 bux to wax the whole thing. lol or even claybar it. but yeah i wish i could do some performance mods to it but still got 50k miles until thats up then imma extend it for the 100k plan. so it looks like 3 more years instead of the 7 it never last 7 lol. but u can hardly tell its a daily driver. i got all the rubber off it from last thurs ordeal in which i have before and after photos big difference. but next weekend 3 pm? ill be there. btw just let me know when your ready to trade. j/k but yeah ill see you up there. if there any other shows during the week let me konw. you keep yours immaculate too.

Re: Gratiot (Woody's)

you didn't stick around long enough but i had a few custom trucks come out for test shots of a few other magazines, there wasn't any real order to the situation though. he just wanted to talk to you about the truck and whatever else he had planned.
