Yeah like Duke said, if you want to bring you chair feel free. In fact so many of you have said you are going to bring one, that I am NOT going to rent them. I have 11 chairs we could put to use, so we should be covered for the people who dont bring one. And those of you who do are obviously set. I am having one problem in the way of games, and that is Metal of Honor dosent want to burn. SO we may have to play that one off a server and have it host all of us. I also just recieved Battlefield 1942. I will see if it will copy too.

Even if we have a dedicated host PC, everyone still needs a copy of the game to play.

Ok, I haven't played games in a long time on the PC...at least nothing of any real strain on system resources... will I be ok with this setup or should I grab something at the computer show on the way up?

AMD Athlon XP 2000+
256MB DDR

Also, will I need a gamepad or joystick, or will keyboard work as well for these games?

And if anyone needs anything from the computer show, holler now...I will pick it up on the way in the morning and you can pay me when I get there.

Ok, we can try it when everyone gets here. I will give it a shot again later tonight too. Right now I am off to go get the tables, a trash can, and some munchies.

Get a copy of Nero and try burning it with that. A lot of other CD burning software packages are touchy about duplicating copyrighted software.

Im bring an old *** game pad just incase.. most of the games we are playing are played best with a keyboard and mouse..

That's what I was thinking. What time are you heading through the area Dave? I was going to leave Portage around 10am that should get me to Q's around 11.

Hey Q, Mapquest is unclear, is Leonard accessible from M-37?
Looks like my best route would be to come up M-37 and take a left on Leonard, then right on Leffingwell...

Make sense to you?

Thought about that, but with my office chair and my computer, it will take a lot of room. I was planning on bringing my truck. The chair could go in back and the computer could stay warm in the front with me.

But if you want to wagon train up there, I'd be up for that
