Got some new pictures you might like
Been working on my engine nonstop since I got it back yesterday morning. It is slow going, but things are picking up now. Snapped a few shots of some of the things I have going on. I will post more as the project progresses. But I thought some of you might like to see ya I have planned.
Rack and Pinion
Motor Mount
Bolts
Engine Crank
Engine Painted and taped off
Engine painted and untaped off
For those of you interested that is a single stage enamel in body color red. We use a self etching primer called Veriprime, then lay down a few coats of the Enamel. Turns out very nice, and is strong as nails. Plus I can actually wax it if I wanted to
For those of you who know how to index surf, feel free, there are more pictures on the server.
Tomorrow comes the waterpump, 58mm TB, accesories, and I will actually set the engine onto the K-frame which is also painted bodycolor. Should have it all back in by the weekend sometime, as long as no real problems pop up.

Looks very nice! What are you going to use to install those nicely painted bolts? Plastic sockets? Nice picture of the crank and bottom end! Glad to see it's going together.

Q I know you are not going to scratch up that intake with that cheery picker chain are you?
I want a nice pic when you have the other bling parts on. You should have brought those heads over and let me polished the ports and the front of the head that shows. You may want to take some mothers and go over the surfaced part of the front of the heads before installing the engine. It will keep it cleaner longer.
I picked up a supercharger yesterday to try and keep up with you. Talk at you later and don't forget the pic's.
