What would you guys say to a rental property? I have been looking at them tonight, and with my new found reality license I am able to look like not everyone can. I am PRETTY sure I can find one. If I did, I would have only 2 spots filled. Now at the current going rate of a room....190.00.....a guy is going to pay 760.00 for a 4 night stay by himself. Lets say you bring a buddy along....now you only have to pay 380.00 per person, and get a two bed room. Now lets say you are the really desperate kind, and are willing to sleep on the floor....IE Brad at the Dreamcruise ....you could slit it again and only end up paying 253.00 each. BUT what if you were to get a 6 or 8 person home, with a deck, a view of the bridge, a place to have a all night bash... Full showers, some with hottubs. They sell for around 1600.00 on the high end for a week. If you have 6 people in a house that breaks down to 266.00 each. If it happens to be a 8 man house it gets down to 200 bucks a person In my HUMBLE opinion that flat out rocks What I need to know is who if anyone would be willing to go in on this. I am talking you would need your full amount within about 2 weeks. I will find it and we will have to jump on it....like NOW!!! Otherwise we are screwed There is no way I can front the bill by myself up front. So if you guys want to have a CZ28.com house at the show and have the best looking driveway in the town, speak now or forever sleep in a tent.

They have a smallish type vendor area, but nothihg HUGE. As for camping, I have done it for the last 4 years, and I am done. It is fun, but not as much fun as having a home to hangout and party in. Air conditioning and a real shower are enough for me. I hate public showers, plus they never have hot water unless you get up at 3am. And once that sun starts to come up over the lake, your tent is 300 degrees Besides, with the police shutting it down at midnight again, like last year, this will give us a place to go that we can hang out and party at. Where as a campground will require you to be quite or else....not so at a house.

These amounts that you're quoting... Are they for the entire weekend, or per night? If it's cheap enough, I might decide to pay a little more to get in on the rental house as opposed to camping.
