Cool Got another certification today

Passed my ASE certification. Got the notice in the mail today. So I am now officially a ASE certified parts specialist. Woo Hoo.

They have tests for all kinds of auto related junk. My boss wants us all certified so he can advertise that we have a full staff of ASE certified parts specialists. Good idea I think, but a PITA.

Yeah, they have a book, it costs 45 bucks. As for what you need to know, just general auto knowledge for the most part. If you can tear a car down, put it back together and find the problems with what you did. You can pass. This is only the parts side of it. I'm not a licensed mechanic by any means. Only means I know my parts.

Any idea what the name of the book is? Shoot me an email if you can think of it.

Thanks,
Jay

Go to ASE's webpage, they give you links to study guides. From there just buy one that you need.
